The Struggle
MIGGOV had been through the pain of rolling out “big platform” software before. The tools were powerful, but the rollout was not tailored to how their team actually worked. Training was generic, adoption was frustrating, and the system became something you needed a third party (and eventually a dedicated admin) to manage.
